BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Guangdong Yuandong Food Packaging Machinery CO.,LTD is a private enterprise and one of the experimental unit in the provincial intellectual property work project in China. It has been granted the award of ‘ Genuine Contract ‘ enterprise in succession for 15 years by the Chinese Authority . It has passed the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in 2004.

Our Company was founded in 1978, involved in aseptic packaging business beginning in the year 1979,is the pioneer Company in China that do research & development in liquid food aseptic packaging technology, aseptic packaging material and equipment. We are the first enterprise in China succeeded in doing research & development and manufacturing of aseptic packaging machinery, aseptic packaging material and aseptic packaging carton. Our main branded products are 3 layers compounded material with paper and plastic and 5/6 layers compounded material with paper, plastic and aluminum; gable top packaging machinery; vertical aseptic packaging machine for brick, pillow, and triangle shaped packages; horizontal aseptic machine for brick and roof type packages; non-dairy cream production line; fresh milk, yogurt, juice milk, soya milk and juice production line; mineral water, pure water production line; biscuit and candies production line; compounded packaging material and gable top packages printing/production line; Used/discarded beverage packages recycle production line, water soluble & environmental friendly food grade adhesive, non-dairy cream ingredients and other food ingredients. We have entered into the international market since 1990s.

We have undertaken more than 10 projects at provincial and national level which involved and emphasize on technology and products quality and all of them succeeded with flying colours. We have been awarded prizes in succession by the China’s National Machinery Industries Board, General Package Enterprise of China, China’s Agricultural Department, Government of Guangdong Province for Science, Technology Progress and Quality . We also obtained more than 40 items of patents right. Our general manager Mr Wu Zhangrong has been invited to participate in both of the international and national academy exchange programs and seminars in which speeches are given for more than 20 titles of his treatise on the aseptic packaging and are published in the China’s National Science magazines. Mr Wu has opened the mysterious veil of asepsis packaging,made a breakthrough in a market dominated and monopolized by the minute few, made the aseptic packaging machine popular in China. Such a good example is non-dairy cream, the solution of filling and packaging brings in a new business and opportunity for local enterprises. Most of the non-dairy cream production lines used in China are made and supplied by our company and now the owners of these factories have become multi millionaires. What made us proud is that after more than ten years of research and development, we are100% successful in making a recycle production line to separate and retrieve the original material of paper, plastic and aluminum from the used or discarded multi-layers compounded beverage packages. This project has received a very high evaluation from the environmental engineer of ’Tetra pak’ company. The separator machine of this recycle production line is now upgraded to fully automatic and patent right has been granted by the Chinese authority. Thus, the future business opportunity for this product looks bright.

Our company combines science, technology, industry, trade and service as one. The R & D and sales Department are based in southern city of China—Guangzhou, whereas our manufacturing plant is located in the south west part of Guangdong Province—beautiful city of Xinyi. The factory area is more than 10,000 square meter with 6,000 square meter utilized as production line, warehouse, administration office and laboratory. Our Factory is well equipped with advanced machineries, equipments, toolings, large scaled beverage packages printing machineries and non-dairy Cream production line.
